Vegetable Mold 1 cup tomato soup
1 package plain gelatin
1/4 cup water
8 oz. package cream cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup green pepper
1/3 cup onion
1/3 cup celery
1 can Crab or Shrimp
Dash of horseradish and lemon juice
Combine gelatin in water. Bring undiluted soup to boil. Add gelatin. Remove from heat. Combine cheese, mayonnaise. Add to soup and beat with mixer. Add remaining ingredients and stir. Mold in 1-quart mold. Serve with cracker or party bread.
